Frequently Asked Questions

Is DeepML free?

Yes. All courses, lessons, practice exercises, project labs, and certificates on DeepML are completely free. You don't need to create an account to start learning — simply open a course and begin reading.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

The best way is to open an issue on our GitHub repository. You can also email us at iitdu778@gmail.com with a description of the bug or your feature suggestion. Please include the page URL and a screenshot if possible.

Can I contribute content to DeepML?

We welcome contributions! If you'd like to improve existing lessons, fix errors, or suggest new topics, please reach out via GitHub or email. We review all contributions for quality and consistency with our editorial standards before including them in the platform.

How do I reset my learning progress?

Your learning progress is stored in your browser's local storage. To reset it, you can clear your browser's site data for deepml.app. Go to your browser settings, find site data or cookies for deepml.app, and clear it. If you have cloud sync enabled via a signed-in account, contact us to request a server-side reset.

Do I need to create an account?

No. DeepML works without an account. Your progress, saved lessons, notes, and practice scores are stored in your browser automatically. Creating an account (via GitHub or Google sign-in) is optional — it enables cloud sync so you can continue learning on different devices.

Help Us Improve
